Admin & Secretary

Ambarrukmo Kreatif is a company established to provide added value to Ambarrukmo Group. We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as an Admin & Secretary. The ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange all internal & external meetings, including preparation, administration, and minutes of meeting (MoM).
  2. Organize the Director’s schedule and deadlines according to priorities.
  3. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and letters for the Director.
  4. Organize travel arrangements, including creating travel itineraries and booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  5. In charge of administrative tasks for the director and office needs.
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualification Requirement

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a Corporation or Start-up Company.
  2. Punctual and detail-oriented.
  3. Experienced in Project Management & Administration.
  4. Good time management skill.
  5. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
  6. Fluent in English (written & speaking).
  7. Good interpersonal skill.
