Ambarrukmo Group is currently undertaking strategic development across our integrated lifestyle, hospitality, and retail properties. We are seeking a qualified Finance & Accounting who is detail-oriented and has a good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily financial transactions, including processing payments to vendors and suppliers on time
- Record all financial transactions accurately (journal entries, ledgers) and keep documents well organized
- Monitor daily expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash usage
- Manage invoices, accounts payable & receivable, and track incoming/outgoing payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in preparing regular financial reports
- Support tax administration (VAT, PPh 21/23) and assist in monthly tax reporting
- Support the budgeting process and monitor expenses
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding purchase requests and payments
- Maintain financial data in the system and support audit processes when needed
