We are currently seeking a Chief Human Resource who is passionate about employee development and has strong expertise in organizational development, culture, and learning & development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  2. Drive organizational development initiatives, including culture and learning & development programs
  3. Manage performance management systems and employee development plans
  4. Oversee payroll processes, employee relations, and industrial relations
  5. Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  6. Provide strategic HR leadership to support business growth and transformation

Qualification Requirement

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Managerial & Leadership role within premium shopping mall, hospitality, or retail industry
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations
  4. Proven expertise in recruitment, organizational development, learning & development, and performance management
  5. Strong experience in payroll, employee relations, and industrial relations
  6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset
  7. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
