Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and mall events to drive traffic and engagement
  2. Collaborate with tenants for strategic promotions and in-mall activations
  3. Manage digital channels and social media to strengthen brand presence
  4. Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners
  5. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
  6. Support mall branding initiatives and positioning strategies

Qualification Requirement :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related field
  2. 1–2 years experience in Marketing Communication / Branding / Public Relations
  3. Strong content planning, campaign storytelling skills and
  4. Able to analyze campaign performance and insights
  5. Experience in event planning and execution
  6. Proficient in social media & digital marketing (Website, Instagram, TikTok)
  7. Strong understanding of branding and consumer engagement
  8. Creative, detail oriented, interest with trend updates
  9. Excellent communication and networking skills

Finance & Accounting

Ambarrukmo Group is currently undertaking strategic development across our integrated lifestyle, hospitality, and retail properties. We are seeking a qualified Finance & Accounting who is detail-oriented and has a good understanding of finance and accounting processes.

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Handle daily financial transactions, including processing payments to vendors and suppliers on time
  2. Record all financial transactions accurately (journal entries, ledgers) and keep documents well organized
  3. Monitor daily expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash usage
  4. Manage invoices, accounts payable & receivable, and track incoming/outgoing payments
  5. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in preparing regular financial reports
  6. Support tax administration (VAT, PPh 21/23) and assist in monthly tax reporting
  7. Support the budgeting process and monitor expenses
  8. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding purchase requests and payments
  9. Maintain financial data in the system and support audit processes when needed

Qualification Requirement :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting (having experience in finance and tax is a plus)
  3. Strong understanding of financial and accounting procedures, including financial reporting and Indonesian tax regulations
  4. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar systems), Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
  5. Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments
  6. Strong analytical and numerical skills with good time management
  7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
  8. High level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential data

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome customers entering the mall, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries about store locations, products, services, and promotions.
  3. Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively and promptly, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
  4. Provide directions and guidance to visitors regarding parking, facilities, and amenities within the mall.
  5. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  6. Keep abreast of current promotions, events, and activities happening within the mall to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Assist with organizing and executing special events and promotions within the mall, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.

Qualification Requirement :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  2. Excellent communication skills (Indonesian & English), both verbal and written.
  3. Maximum age of 27 years with a minimum height of 160cm.
  4. Preferably have at least 1 year experience in the same position.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
  7. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during peak hours or when dealing with challenging situations.
  8. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, word processing, and point-of-sale systems.
  9. Knowledge of the mall layout, stores, services, and amenities to assist customers effectively.
  10. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the mall’s operating hours.
  11. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions, inquiries, and documentation.
  12. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting, may be advantageous.
  13. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
