Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the daily operations as SOP
  2. Controlling food cost
  3. Deliver high-quality guest experiences
  4. Achieve sales targets
  5. Maintain cleanliness and service standards
  6. Support the management of the Food & Beverage team
  7. Prepare and propose a monthly Food & Beverage promotion

Qualification Requirement :

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage Hotel industry
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
  3. Having good attitude, passionate, creative, enthusiast and fast_learner personality
  4. Well-groomed and pleasant personality
  5. Excellent communication in English
