Welcome to PORTA by Ambarrukmo, a 3-star hotel with modern urban lifestyle concept located in a prime location between two universities, Universitas Gadjah Mada and Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The name “PORTA” is taken from the word “PORT OF ENTRY” which can be interpreted as a border town, airport, or port. This reflects that PORTA by Ambarrukmo is a gathering place for travelers from various regions.
PORTA by Ambarrukmo has a strong retro vintage building with urban-inspired style which is shown through the use of architectural elements on its facade. PORTA by Ambarrukmo also has three food and beverage outlets to support its concept and branding. In the lobby area, there is Havene which offers an all-day-dining concept, and Roadstead which is a community space. In addition, on the 11th floor, there is What The Deck! which is a rooftop bar with a spectacular view. Guests can also enjoy the infinity pool, sauna, and jacuzzi with a view facing Gunung Merapi.
PORTA by Ambarrukmo offers a total of 124 rooms, categorized as Deluxe Room, Premiere Room, and Suite Room. Additionally, there are four meeting rooms available, named Dewa Ruci, Bima Suci, Arung Samudra, and Pasopati, each with varying capacities. The maximum capacity for these meeting rooms is 80 people. Furthermore, PORTA by Ambarrukmo features a mini ballroom called Arung Samudra, which can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
