We are seeking a strategic Chief Marketing Communications to lead brand communication, marketing initiatives, and public relations, ensuring strong brand positioning and impactful customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive branding, marketing, and communication strategies to strengthen Plaza Ambarrukmo’s brand presence and customer engagement.
Lead and oversee promotional campaigns, mall events, and digital marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance tenant visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, community partners, and mall tenants to maximize collaboration opportunities.
Prepare, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable campaign performance.
Create high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for campaigns, events, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, including digital, social media, and PR activities.
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, branding, or public relations, preferably in retail, shopping mall, or lifestyle industries.
Strong expertise in developing integrated marketing and communication strategies.
Proven skills in creating proposals, presentations, and managing high-level negotiations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including effective complaint handling.
Proven track record in event management, media relations, and brand development.
Expertise in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
High integrity, professionalism, and strong ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
