Responsibilities:

  1. Take full responsibility for handling relevant customer complaints, queries, and requests for information about Plaza Ambarrukmo.
  2. Make announcements about shopping programs at Plaza Ambarrukmo
  3. Make recommendations related to resolving customer issues

Qualification Requirement

  1. Minimum D3 from any major
  2. Able to communicate in English
  3. Comfortable using computers for daily work
  4. Able to handle basic administrative tasks
  5. Friendly, communicative, proactive, and service-oriented
  6. Well-groomed with a professional and positive attitude
  7. Willing to work in shifts and on national holidays
